Items in stock will ship/deliver within 24 hours upon receipt. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the following Monday. - Delivery & Shipping Charges
Delivery and shipping charges are in addition to the cost of the gift. Shipping fees vary
- depending on the size and weight of the gift. Shipping options and prices will be given
- when you check out. Please check your delivery information carefully before you submit
- your order. There will be a redelivery fee of $5 if an incorrect address is given.

- UPS and USPS Shipments: All gifts are carefully packed to arrive in excellent condition.
- Before submitting your order, please make sure the recipient address is correct and
- complete. UPS and USPS add additional charges if an address or zip code is

incorrect. If they are unable to correct the address, they will return the undelivered gift to our offices and a re-delivery charge of $10 will be applied. UPS does not ship to Post Office boxes. Shipping prices vary depending on the weight and box size of the shipment. Shipping options and prices are given when you make your purchase.
Please note that once a gift leaves our offices that we are no longer in control of the time it takes in transit due to weather conditions and/or internal shipping issues which may delay the arrival of your gift.

- HOSPITAL DELIVERIES
- Please be sure that patient is STILL admitted at time of delivery/shipping. We cannot be
- responsible for deliveries made after patient has checked out.

- Hand Delivery There is a redelivery charge if the address information is incorrect or
- incomplete. For residential deliveries, we will leave the gift with a neighbor or in a safe
- place. Deliveries to businesses are completed by 5:00 PM. Deliveries to homes are
- completed by 6:00 PM.
